I put together a few PowerPoint presentations over the years which are, of course, specifically tailored to my lessons and style but, you never know... some of them might be useful for those Monday mornings when you haven't got anything prepared!  
I often had students who did not have English as their first language and for this reason, I tried to avoid having them take notes in lesson.  
To this end, I printed sets of notes with blanks which, in many cases, followed exactly (or pretty closely) the PowerPoint presentations.  
This meant that they had to concentrate to know what to write in the blank spaces but didn't have to write too much.  
I'm sure that, today, this would be considered frighteningly old fashioned but... should anybody be interested, I must have those word docs somewhere!  
   
If you download any of these ppt's it's a good idea to leave them all in the same folder as I seem to remember that there are one or two which have links to others making that assumption.
